Swimming is a safe activity to take part in during pregnancy and after pregnancy, and you can enjoy many benefits from taking part.
The feeling of weightlessness will help you to freely move with a reduced risk of injury, and swimming also helps to improve both the circulatory and respiratory system.
Find a pool
The Swim England Pool finder tool in the link below lists all pools local to you, including a mixture of public and private facilities. You can find a facility near you and find out when an appropriate session is available for you. General Swim's are great sessions to look for, and some pools even offer Ladies only time.
