As a passionate fitness instructor, my focus is on supporting new mothers during pregnancy and beyond. Additionally, I run a Polish play and stay group, providing a sense of community for Polish moms who may feel isolated. Together, we celebrate the joys of motherhood and support each other through this incredible journey.
